(More customer reviews)They are cheap shoes where motorcycle boots are concerned, and it comes across in the quality & feel of the shoe. These are the heaviest boots I have owned, and they don't even claim to be steel toed. They fit better on one foot, to the extent that I have a gel insert in the other just to make them feel equal - for the record, I have normal feet and haven't had this problem with any other shoes or boots. Overall, these are your local workmans shoes masquerading as motorcycling boots.
The build quality is solid, and while I haven't tried them while raining, they seem like they will do the job. You are better off picking up workman boots at your local store (at least you get to try them on) than buying these.
